Refund and Exchange Policy
Events and Programs
There will be no refunds on events or programs, however Spiritually Speaking will allow customers to transfer the event or program to another individual’s name 72 hours before the event or program. After 72 hours, the customer may receive a credit for an upcoming program. All name transfer and credits must be made in writing and emailed to info@spirituallyspeak.com.
Product
Spiritually Speaking will exchange any unopened product returned within 72 hours of receipt only. After 72 hours, product will not be returned. We will fully exchange defective (sound or image) product within 72 hours of receipt of returned defective merchandise.
